Cube Puzzle

We're making a puzzle using blocks to form a 3x3 block cube.
Here are the drawings that I've done on 2 designs that I've came up with.
The first two shown are "cake layers" in which shown are layers of the puzzle in a less layered layout than the actual puzzle. The pieces are separated out. 5 different colors are used in each drawing.
At the very bottom, I've posted an isometric sketch of all the puzzle parts.
I chose this design over the other design due to the fact that this puzzle would be more able to fit the time requirements that was required for someone else to solve this puzzle. It wouldnt take as long as the other design that I had come up with.

Unit Conversion Powerpoint

Here is the link to the Google Slides Presentation that our group had made:

Fling Machine

Our data that we collected is very astonishing as it isn't very precise. There is no target distance so we cannot determine whether or not it is accurate.
Our Fling Machine was strong, yet it became extremely unreliable. This was due to the fact that it was not very stable and the rubber band launching is unstable in just your hands.

The data that we collected is not very consistent. It varies and isn't precise at all. Precision should be our goal to improve as the more precise your data is, the chance that it'll fail in the real situation would severely decrease. If more time was given and we had the correct materials, we'd be able to increase reliability and increase our distance quite easily. Our Fling machine was just a simple piece of rubber band and the cotton ball to launch. I had brought some materials but, they proved to be useless without the other materials that we were supposed to bring to class.

Line Work

The Line work that we had did has a tremendous amount of information that we received.  The different styles of lines and how we can use them to make an incredible drawing of a very simple object makes different styles of how you use lines the most basic yet powerful tool that every designer or artist must have. Different styles of line work allows you to be dynamic in your drawings to depict the most intricate and complicated works easier to do, yet still have the same effect on your audience. At first, my drawings weren't that great and I was having some trouble in drawing. However, after some help from my partner and Ms. Leppla, I was more able to do those drawings with much less effort. Unfortunately, my drawings got water after some rain had seeped through my backpack when it had rained.
